Hi my name is Renee Swann. I am a native Georgian. I reside in Cobb County. I have a daughter Brittany who also resides in Cobb County. I have been a licensed realtor since 1992. I received my brokers license in 1996. I specialize in selling real estate in Cobb, Cherokee and Paulding counties. I love real estate and the joy it brings me to see someone buy their first home or build their dream home.
