Marla has served the real estate community as a Realtor since 2009, specializing in residential sales. Her background as a certified paralegal in real estate law provides her with extensive knowledge of the legal processes involved in both residential and commercial transactions.

 

In addition to her real estate expertise, Marla has over 20 years of experience in the aircraft industry, specializing in cost control analysis, document control, and purchasing. These roles helped Marla refine her ability to maximize cost efficiency, maintain meticulous organization, and perform detailed comparative analyses when selecting vendors.

 

Marla holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Mercer University and a paralegal certificate from the American Bar Association with a concentration in contracts. As a lifelong Georgia resident, she has personally witnessed the extraordinary growth of the North Georgia region and looks forward to assisting the community as the real estate industry continues to expand.
